Ayden Elementary School issued the following announcement on May 16.
Due to the inclement weather predicted for this week, we have changed the field day dates to next week on Monday, May 16th (3-5 and Jones) and Tuesday, May 17th (K-2, pre-k and Anderson).
SCHEDULES:
Mon, 5/16- 3rd-5th grades will start at 8:30 promptly and break from 11:30-12:30. They will then start back at 12:30 until 1:30. See Mrs. Jones for her class time.
Tues, 5/17- Kindergarten will start at 8:30 and end by 10:30. Pre-K will come from 9:30-10:30. See Mrs. Anderson for her class time. First and second grades will be there from 11:30-1:30.
The activities will be held on the field next to staff parking (beside gym) and in the gym.
***Car rider driveway: The portion where you enter the line off Third Street WILL CLOSE at 8:15 and REOPEN at 1:30, for the children’s safety. If you need to come to the school between those hours, please enter from the Jolly Road side and loop to exit back out Jolly Road (see below). PLEASE USE CAUTION in doing so. Thank you for understanding. We invite you to please come out and join us for some FUN, however, PARKING IS LIMITED!
