COUNTY OF GREENE: Precision Graphics and Augean Robotics Make First Shipment of Burro – Autonomous Robotic Utility Vehicles

County of Greene issued the following announcement on July 11.

Precision Graphics, Inc. of Snow Hill and their customer, Augean Robotics, make their first shipment of the latest generation Burro, an autonomous robotic utility vehicle for the agriculture industry, on June 20, 2022.

 The Autonomous Carts are trained to assist farm labor in a variety of tasks, including conveying picked fruit from the field to the processing area, which deliver compelling efficiency improvements for commercial growing operations. 

Burro’s customers include grape vineyards, blueberry and caneberry growers, nursery operators, and others that require increased productivity as input costs rise significantly.
