COUNTY OF PITT: Request For Proposal – Operation Of 14 Pitt County Solid Waste And Recycling Container Sites

County of Pitt issued the following announcement on Nov. 1.

Proposal will be received by the Pitt County Solid Waste and Recycling Department in the office of the Director, Building # 4 at the Pitt County Transfer Station, 3025 Landfill Road, Greenville, North Carolina 27834, on November 22, 2022 until 2:00 p.m. local time. Bids to operate the Solid Waste and Recycling Container Sites will be opened and read immediately after the time specified above.

The work will consist of the following item:

Furnish all labor to operate the Solid Waste and Recycling Container Sites.

Specifications are available in the office of the Director of Solid Waste in Building #4 at 3025 Landfill Road, Greenville, North Carolina 27834 during normal business hours. Questions should be directed to John Demary at 252-902-3355. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept any bid which appears to be in its best interest. All bidders must complete and sign the Public Records Addendum and Indemnification Agreement and turn in with your proposal.
