Town of Jamestown issued the following announcement on Mar. 13.
In order to protect the most vulnerable members of our community from the COVID-19 virus and slow its spread, the Town Council of the Town of Jamestown has directed staff to cancel ALL Town Council and Advisory Board meetings for the next thirty (30) days.
On March 11, 2020 the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a Pandemic. We are continuously monitoring this evolving situation and will issue new guidance if and when that is warranted. Please monitor the Town's website at www.jamestown-nc.gov and the Town of Jamestown facebook page for additional notifications and alerts.
