On Saturday, January 20, former Gaston Day School standouts Callum Richard and Evan Montanari’s current college team, the East Carolina Pirates, lost 61-69 in their NCAA D1 game against the UAB Blazers.

The game took place in Birmingham, Alabama. This was the first matchup against the UAB Blazers this season.
