Town of Ayden issued the following announcement on Oct. 2.
The Town of Ayden Governing Board is seeking to fill vacancies on the Ayden Planning Board. The Planning Board is an advisory board that provides recommendations on land use and development related issues and applications to the Town of Ayden’s Governing Board. The Planning Board meets monthly on the third Monday at 7:00 p.m. at the Ayden Town Hall, 4144 West Avenue, in the second floor board room. Unless the vacancy is posted as “ETJ” (extra-territorial jurisdiction), you must live within the Town’s corporate limits to serve on a Town Board or Commission.
Applications are available at Ayden Town Hall or on our website at www.ayden.com. All applications should be delivered to Sarah Radcliff, Town Clerk, 4144 West Avenue, Ayden, NC 28513.
