Town of Winterville issued the following announcement on Oct. 10.
The October Concert is the Spare Change Band. The concert will run from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Concerts are at the Winterville Recreation Park Amphitheater: 332 Sylvania Street in Winterville. There is no charge to attend and concessions will be available for purchase.
