County of Pitt issued the following announcement on Jan. 26.
Pitt County is requesting proposals for the financing of upgrades to our computer equipment and telephone system. These upgrades are described in the attached Capital Expenditure Plan document. We would like the proposal to be based on the County making five (5) equal payments; one (1) payment to be made in the current fiscal year (prior to June 30, 2022) and semi-annual payments in each of the following two (2) fiscal years.
The size of this proposed financing is not to exceed $500,000.
Proposals will be received by the Financial Services Department through 5:00 p.m. February 15, 2022. Proposals may be submitted via US mail or email.
