Town of Ayden issued the following announcement on Jan. 26.
2021 was a tough year for many, and we look forward to 2022 being a year of positive change. At Downtown Ayden, Inc. we want to make 2022 a year of growth for the community. Change can be scary, but without it we can't move forward to improve ourselves and the world around us. One of the suggested changes we are proposing is to change the name of a street in Downtown Ayden to Main Street. We want to gather data and input from all residents of Ayden on this proposal, so please fill out this short survey: https://forms.gle/oLTasy9ZyssFJNMB7. Whether you support it, are indifferent, or are against it, we want to hear your voice. The survey also includes an option for you to tell us what projects you would like to see us do in the future.
Many small changes can add up to big successes. Help us make Ayden an even better place to live, play, and work!
