Congratulations to Commissioner Brenda Elks on being named this year's Boy Scouts of America's Distinguished Citizen. After listening to the multiple speakers tonight, it is evident of your love and passion for Farmville Boy Scout Troop 25 and the Farmville community. We appreciate all that you do for the town and beyond.
