County of Pitt issued the following announcement on Aug. 29.
The Pitt County Social Services Board will hold a special meeting on Friday, August 26, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. in the County Manager’s Conference Room in the County Office Building located at 1717 West 5th Street, Greenville, NC.
The purpose of the special meeting will be to go into closed session pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 143-318.11(a)(6) personnel to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, character, fitness, conditions of appointment, or conditions of initial employment of an individual public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee.
No public comments will be received at this special meeting.
