On November 17, Congressman Murphy congratulated Kinston for receiving a $280,000 award from the Department of Transportation. He stated that these funds will be used to improve roadway infrastructure. In this tweet, he expressed pride in supporting the Safer Streets for All program by writing a letter to Secretary Buttigieg in August.
