On December 13, 2024, Congressman Davis commemorated the National Guard's long-standing service with a tweet: "Celebrating 388 years of service, strength, and sacrifice! We honor the National Guard's rich history and the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our nation with honor and dedication. "

In another post on December 13, Congressman Davis advocated for equal rights through constitutional amendment: "Equal rights are non-negotiable. We must act now to add the Equal Rights Amendment as the 28th Amendment to the Constitution, ensuring equal protection and rights for all. Let’s move forward in the name of equality." He emphasized the importance of enshrining equal protection into law.
