Congressman Greg Murphy, M.D., representing North Carolina’s 3rd district, has recently shared a series of tweets addressing various issues. These tweets cover topics ranging from criticism of governmental institutions to local assistance programs and educational initiatives.

On December 2, 2024, Congressman Murphy expressed his views on legal accountability in a tweet: "We all knew this was going to happen. If you or I had committed the tax fraud Hunter did, we would be serving 10-15 years in prison. Corrupt DOJ. Corrupt FBI. Corrupt IRS. Corrupt White House."

On December 3, 2024, he highlighted a state initiative for assisting vulnerable populations with heating costs: "NC HHS has announced it is now accepting applications from adults 60 or older, or individuals with disabilities, to help with heating costs as temperatures drop." He provided further guidance for those interested in applying for the program.

Later that day, Congressman Murphy discussed an academic meeting at UNC: "It was a pleasure to meet with UNC’s Dean of the School of Civic Life and Leadership, Jed Atkins, to discuss his vision for the school’s future." He commended the school's efforts in preparing students for public engagement.
