County of Greene issued the following announcement on Oct. 24.
The Greene County Board of Health is currently seeking two individuals to serve on the board.
We are recruiting for the following vacancies: Dentist and Professional Engineer. You must be a Greene County resident and attend 75% of the meetings.
Board of Health members are appointed to three-year terms and may serve a maximum of three consecutive three-year terms.
The Greene County Board of Health meets the 2nd Tuesday of every other month (January, March, May, July, September, and November) at 7 p.m.

Applications will be accepted through Friday, November 4, 2022 at 5 p.m.
As of November 30, 2022, the Greene County Board of Health will have 2 board vacancies. Both of the individuals currently serving are eligible for another term.
