Congressman Greg Murphy, M.D., representing North Carolina's 3rd district, recently shared his views on several issues through a series of tweets. His statements covered topics such as Medicare Advantage plans, political opposition to Democratic policies, and discussions with a biotechnology company.

On March 17, 2025, Congressman Murphy expressed his anticipation of collaborating with Dr. Oz, the soon-to-be CMS Director. "Look forward to working with soon to be CMS Director @DrOz to root out the immoral business practices of insurance companies who sell Medicare Advantage plans. They have ruined a good program with their greed."

Later that day, he criticized Democratic policies in another tweet. He claimed that despite organized protests and parades, the American public remains unconvinced by the Democrats' approach. According to him, their agenda leads only to increased government dependency and weakened job security among other issues. "All of the paid protests and parades don’t fool the American people. Democrats have no plan for the future."

In another post on March 17th, Congressman Murphy highlighted his interaction with Genentech, a biotechnology firm focused on improving health outcomes in America through research and development of life-saving medications. He expressed gratitude for their efforts in this field."It was wonderful to speak with Genentech, a leading biotechnology company..."
