Congressman Don Davis, representing North Carolina’s 1st district, has been active on social media, highlighting significant events and individuals in his community. His recent tweets reflect a focus on local religious figures and veterans.

On March 6, 2025, Congressman Davis acknowledged the contributions of Apostle Norbert Simmons. He stated that "Apostle Norbert Simmons, the driving force behind Deeper Life Church Ministries, was honored at the 41st Founder’s Day and Church Anniversary. We are truly grateful for his impact on so many lives over the years."

Later that day, he noted Pastor Frank Rice's role as a guest chaplain in Congress. On March 6, 2025, Davis tweeted that "Pastor Frank Rice from Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Hookerton delivered a heartfelt opening prayer as guest chaplain at the U.S. House of Representatives."

On March 7, 2025, Congressman Davis highlighted Stephen Hoggard's service to veterans. He also praised Hoggard's current role by stating that "Stephen is a dedicated and passionate Veterans Service Officer (VSO) at the North Carolina State Veterans Home in Kinston."
