Greg Murphy highlights veterans' project and calls for bold leadership

Congressman Greg Murphy, M.D., who has been representing North Carolina’s 3rd District in the U.S. Congress since 2019, shared several updates on his activities and viewpoints through social media posts on March 7, 2025.

In one of his posts, Congressman Murphy expressed gratitude for the participation of veterans in the Fourth Veterans History Project event. He highlighted the significance of these stories being preserved by the Library of Congress and acknowledged that "NC03 is one of the top participating districts in this wonderful event." The congressman concluded with a blessing for veterans.

Later that day, Murphy commented on President Trump's address to Congress. He stated that "President Trump offered in his address to Congress a bold vision for America" during a critical time in history when decisive leadership is essential. Murphy emphasized the need for a leader willing to challenge established norms and restore common sense.

Additionally, Congressman Murphy discussed his participation in a healthcare-focused event hosted by The Hill. In this context, he noted his involvement with the State of Medicare Physician Payments event aimed at ensuring access to affordable care. He underscored that "the future of American health care is at stake and Congress must act."
