Representative Greg Murphy, a distinguished figure in the U.S. Congress, has taken to social media to express his perspectives on various issues. Serving North Carolina's 3rd district since 2019, Murphy replaced Walter B. Jones Jr. and has been vocal in his views on media, education, and healthcare.

On March 30, 2025, Congressman Murphy criticized mainstream media, broadcasting his disappointment with their perceived role in the country's division. "It is tragic that our main stream media is the primary reason for division in this country. They have lost all sense of morality and duty."

Addressing concerns regarding education, Murphy posted on March 31, 2025, highlighting what he sees as a decline in academic rigor and the counterproductive effects of social media and governmental spending. He stated, "Sad commentary about college students these days. Terrible downward slide of demanding less and being afraid of triggering them. Social media is at best destructive. $$$ DOE spending has done nothing. DEI set up students to fail."

Later the same day, Murphy shared his commitment to epilepsy treatment and research. As Co-Chair of the Epilepsy Caucus, he engaged with SPARC Ltd. in discussions aimed at overcoming obstacles in patient care. He remarked, "As Co-Chair of the Epilepsy Caucus and leader in the National Plan for Epilepsy Act, I'm grateful for the visit from @SPARC_ltd. We discussed their developments and roadblocks they have experienced, which have limited patients' access to life-saving treatments."
