On December 6, 2024, Congressman Davis emphasized the importance of prioritizing medical treatments based on their life-saving effectiveness. He mentioned Novartis's efforts in North Carolina and globally to advance this goal. The following day, December 7, 2024, he paid tribute to those who lost their lives during the attack on Pearl Harbor. He expressed a commitment to remembering the sacrifices made by servicemembers and civilians on that fateful day eighty-three years ago. "On Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, we honor the 2,403 servicemembers and civilians who were killed. Eighty-three years later, we will not forget those who made the ultimate sacrifice that day."
