In one tweet from February 11, Davis praised the efforts of The Innovative Networking Group in Rocky Mount. He stated that the organization "empowers communities through education, leadership, and service," offering services ranging from youth tutoring to Medicare education for older adults. He emphasized their positive impact by stating they are "truly making a difference in eastern NC!" On the same day, Davis addressed the ongoing issue of fentanyl affecting communities across America. He urged Congress to take action to protect families by reducing the demand for illicit drugs. In his words: "Fentanyl continues to devastate communities in eastern NC and across America. Congress must protect our families by working to decrease the demand for illicit drugs."

Later that evening, Congressman Davis commended the North Carolina National Guard for their exemplary service. He highlighted their roles in aiding those affected by Hurricane Helene, safeguarding cybersecurity systems, and executing overseas missions as shining examples of American spirit: "The North Carolina National Guard represents the best of the best.
