On February 15, 2025, Congressman Davis announced a change of command ceremony at the 333rd Fighter Squadron located at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. The event was held to honor Lt. Col. Taylor “Latch” Francis for his exceptional service. Congressman Davis invited the public to welcome Lt. Col. Brian “Bud” Leitzke as he assumed command of the squadron.
